The Lincoln County Human Services Office is responsible for administering the County's program for the necessary support & relief of the indigent. County assistance is only provided when other financial resources have been exhausted. The Human Services Office also promotes collaborative efforts with applicants to ensure that all individuals attempt to locate alternative supportive resources. After hour & weekend emergency on-call services are available through the 211 Helpline which may be accessed by dialing 211.
