Lincoln County has entered an agreement with GovTech Service, Inc for online property tax payments. This site is designed to provide you with additional methods to research your property information and to allow you to pay your property taxes online.
For an additional convenience fee (listed below) you may pay by ACH or credit card. If you own multiple properties, you may pay for them all in one transaction.
ACH - E-Check
$1.50 per Total Payment
Credit Card - Discover / MasterCard / Visa / American Express (AMEX)
2.4% per Total Payment
Convenience Fees will show as a separate charge on your statement
If taxes are delinquent, you will be unable to pay online. Please contact the Treasurer’s Office for more information.
If you are experiencing issues with finding your property the parcel number will take you to the correct property. If you are using a street address and having problems try removing the directional indicator. Example: 104 Main instead of 104 N Main St
All mail payments must be post marked by April 30th for first half and October 31st for second half to avoid interest.
Forms & Applications
Assessment freeze applications for the elderly and disabled need to be filed with the Treasurer's Office on an annual basis on or before April 1st. You must be 65 or older, or disabled on January 1st and meet the income guidelines to qualify. Household income includes all sources, including Veterans Assistance Benefits, Social Security, Medicare and Disability payments.
